Hi Chris,

So presumably someone with *SECOFR would have to enable the OS400 QSECOFR
user profile, then signon as QSECOFR and use CHGDSTPWD to enable the DST
QSECOFR profile.  One extra step (assuming there is another working profile
with *SECOFR authority) seems a whole lot better than a slip install.
