There IS still a command for running data transfers from
a command prompt or batch file or ? in Windows - RTOPCB
or RFROMPCB. Go to a command prompt and put one of them
in with /? to get help - they're in your path.

You could set up a RUNRMTCMD from the 400 to the PC, if
you start Incoming Remote Command, a part of CAE. It'd
run this batch transfer command.
