That is sad, even though I'm not disagreeing. :(

Given the limitations of a block mode interface, SEU/400 does pretty well.  But
I switched to PC based editing back in 1990.  PC editors can just do too many
things that SEU will never be able to do, even with user line commands.

Kinda like POP on the S/34/36?

The difference is that OS/400 has license management enforcement capabilities
which never existed on the older boxes.
