1)  You can purchase a package to do this, thus it can be done.

2)  You have to be careful, unless you don't care if the monitoring
program puts a lock on the message queue and other users cannot delete
messages from QSYSOPR.

3)  Certain messages will not only go to qsysopr but will also go to
QSYSMSG, if you create that message queue.  These include certain system
status messages - like threshold exceeded.  Was you message in that
category?  If it is a power type of message you can look at the system
value QUPSMSGQ.

Can the QSYSOPR message queue be configured to send a particular message
to other users?  For example, if the QSYSOPR message queue receives MSG123
can it automatically send the same MSG123 to other message queues?
