Do the users/company like the current software?
Is the corp willing to make an investment in software overhaul?
There are cheap ways (with less flexibility down the road..)
or more expensive ways that allow modern features & functions.
Even if you barely migrate the code into rpg400, at least
externalize the database to allow greater flexibility in both
rpg & other tools.
