and if you ever have to perform a restore then the system will rebuild them
in the order it deems best which may bring your strategy undone until you
recreate everything. The system will restore the logical files in such a
way as to maximize implicit access path sharing.

This may or may not impact the suggestion above but should be considered
for all sets of logical files anyway; program logic that makes assumptions
about the order of things can be bought undone (i.e. "break") after a
restore if  not designed correctly.
