If you create a file named TNAPILOG with a record length of 80 bytes, the
screens will be logged automatically, although the attributes are not logged

You don't need to use UDDS to apply the attributes. Just create an output
field of 1919 bytes to contain the screen data. Scan thru the attribute
bytes and when there is a change, insert that byte in the corresponding
position in the output field.

I've written my first program to utilize TNAPI, and it works great.
Since
this program will run interactively, I would like to view the
screens
        returned from TNAPI.

I am able to view the ParmScrnChar through an invited display file
(so it
automatically times out in 2 seconds), but it is plain text only
with no
        attributes.
How can I apply the attributes in ParmScrnAttr also?

Currently I'm just using a display file with a 1919 field and using
%subst(ParmScrnChar:2) to view it correctly. I'm not worried about
losing
screen position 1:1. Would this involve UDDS? I've never fooled with
UDDS or
displaying data other than UIM and display files.

        Thanks,
        Loyd
