The worst offending job is using CPYF and CPYFRMQRYF to move some of the
records around, it probably copies about 10+ million records.  One other job
does use blocking where it can but a lot of what it has to do doesn't allow
the blocking to help too much.  I am sure that this could be helped some by
redesigning these apps but it is only a few that really cause the problem
and they are only run a few times a month so we have minimized the impact
with how we schedule them.
