Tony,

You might also check out PASE on OS/400 if their application is available
for AIX.

This way you would not need a separate partition. Don't know how the
performance would be.

Hi,
I know we're running Linux on the AS/400 now.  Does this mean that Unix
software will run?

I ask because a client is currently running a Dec/Vax machine beside the
AS/400.  This Dec machine is running a Unix software package.  The client is
in need of a hardware upgrade on the Dec machine.

I'd love to tell them to "just run the package on the AS/400".

Is this possible?
