The product referenced on the page below is Facsimile Support/400.

As mentioned in a later note, the FAX/400 is from a company formerly called
CMA Ettworth. Some of the 3rd party fax offerings for the AS/400 are based
on Facsimile Support/400 (i.e. they provide an enhanced front end to FS/400)
Others (and I believe FAX/400 is one) are totally stand alone and use PC
based fax modems for send/receive.
