Mark,

Could it be caused by the size difference between wide ( unicode ) and ansi
characters? Where a VB string character is 2 bytes long?

Subject: Client Access Express ActiveX Automation objects

Hello all,

I'm running into an issue using the CAE Automation objects in VB. I'm
trying to create a User Space from within a vb program. Everything is
working ok except the length. It is always double. Has anyone else run into
this? And, is there a workaround other than specifying half of what I
really want?

Thanks,

Mark
