The problem is emphatically not on the mail server or mail client -- I send
and receive multi-megabyte attachments all the time.  Some obscure setting
within the virtual printer description or PSF configuration or insane SNADS
email setup is causing the message to be split at some absurdly low size
(128KB, I think).  Someone must know what I'm talking about.
