I didn't see your original post, but if it was for one of
your products answering a question/solving a problem, then
there is no problem.  Some just get God complexes sometimes.
Don't worry about it.

Unless you hear from David Gibbs or any other Admin (who
should identify him/herself as such) then don't fret and
keep replying to posts that your products are pertinent too.

Unless of course you're selling websphere, which we know
could be the answer to all of the questions here.  :)  (also
instilling a little humor from time to time...)
