This is a perfect example of the sort of question that really pisses me
off.  Why don't you check the API documentation?  If you look under the
security APIs you'll find:

        List Objects That Adopt Owner Authority (QSYLOBJP) puts a list of
        objects that adopt an owner's authority in a user space.

If you check the DSPxxx commands you'll also find DSPPGMADP.

If you run GO SECTOOLS, you'll find option 21 which prints a report of
adopting objects.

Three possible approaches with less than 10 minutes research.
