They probably had someone in the past using TRCTCPAPP *RMTCMD to try and debug a problem. TRCTCPAPP *RMTCMD *END should clean up the *USRSPCs (and some other things), or you can delete them (if *END doesn't do it for some reason). The ZRC indicates remote command, ZSO signon, ZHQ data queue, and the like. The 6 digit number is the job number related to the trace. Other spaces, which do not have the numeric job number, such as QZRCTRC should NOT be deleted.
