A subsidiary of ours still insists on using V3R2 to be able to do the
mapping of drives that they "just can't lose". They log onto our system at
5.1 as well as one of their systems at 5.1 and another at 4.5. I know they
pass through a lot, but I haven't heard any problems about connectivity
issues since we've been at 5.1 for several months. I really don't see where
the emulator would give any problems, but other features may not work
properly.

However, I would suggest going forward and upgrading the users. We have
about 700 PCs and as of 1 year ago we made certain that all were at least at
4.4 express. We were noticing many "strange" issues and it was seeming to
revolve around the users still at 3.2. We would do everything short of
reinstalling 3.2 and then we would just uninstall and install 4.4 and they
were up and going.
