If the report is printed by the QPRTJOB job (uually reports sent via
SNDNETSPLF) then the date can, and does, go back far beyond the last IPL.
I believe until every report printed by that QPRTJOB job has been cleared
from the system.  Then the next report will start a new QPRTJOB job.

QPRTJOB shouldn't own the spooled file, but you never know.
I'll forward your question to the customer.

They say that the date ranges and they haven't been able to
find a pattern.  Even had one that was back in March, and
they IPL every 2 weeks.  So it's not like a job sat out
there.. that one really confused me.  It's so hard when
you're not able to get there and look for yourself.  :)
