I got to work this morning and started checking my e-mail off of my new
e-mail server that we(the midrange forum) got running yesterday. Much to
my surprise I noticed in Microsoft Outlook that all of the receive times
of the messages are between 2:00-3:00 this morning. I sent a test mail
at 9:04AM this morning and the employee that is using our 400 mail
server, received it in Microsoft Outlook, the time received showed
4:01AM. I have checked the As400 system time and that is correct along
with the date. Another thing I might add is when I send a message to a
user on our mail server, I went and looked at the mailbox (wrklnk
'/qtcptmm/mail/*'), The time in the message header is correct. It is
almost like there is a conversion problem when receiving the mail from
the 400. Another twist, I can send mail to my home account using the 400
and the time shows up correctly. The time only shows up incorrectly when
I receive mail through the 400 mail server. Any advice?
