This will (sort-of) "work" if you go ahead and add the 'reliatek.com' name to the "hosts" table of every system that needs to send mail to your host (including those of every user on the Internet) Just get your DNS set up properly. Don't use the hosts table. In fact, my recommendation is to never use the hosts table. It's okay for "localhost" and "loopback", or *maybe* as a temporary measure for a 1-5 node network. But, the idea behind networking is to share resources. With a host table, you have to key in or copy the host table individually on every computer. It's a nightmare to maintain, even with a 25 node network! With DNS, the mapping is shared across many computers. When you add or remove them, they automatically propagate, even on a world-wide network the size of the Internet! Really, DNS is the way to go.
