How Exactly did they say this saves them money??? They STILL print a custom label for every CD because it has the Customer name, number, PMR Number and date on it! Is ink that expensive? No Wait, they are printing MORE now but it's of no value! Nice try IBM. Won't fly here. IF they want to save money stop killing all the trees by omitting the huge PTF list that comes with every Group!! Stick to the instructions only and put the list on the CD.
