Rob,

We currently don't have that issue on the 620 since there
is no governor, just the normal priority scheduling of
interactive at the top of the heap. Have a job open a few
hundred files and interactive can get pretty intense very
fast.

We definitely want to overkill the interactive piece on
a new system to avoid system degradation and get some
headroom. I do hope they have fixed any outstanding CFINT
problems by the time we get there.
