Do you have NetServer running on the 400? If so, you can go to a DOS
(command) prompt in whatever flavor of Windows and run

copy \\your_ip_address\your_path_on_as400\*.* your_output_file

The output could be on the 400, preceded with the path stuff. I'm not sure
of the order, but all the files in the directory will get concatenated into
the output file.

You can make things a little easier by mapping a network drive and changing
directory (CD) to the location of the input files.
