V5R1 Model 270 with 2771 - Ops Console PTF

Order MF28670 for following problem:
DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA25051 :

  Model 270 iSeries using a d/t2771 adapter stops communicating.

  PC shows winsock 10054 errors. At times the connection will

  reconnect itself without any intervention, other times you must

  disconnect and reconnect to re-establish the connection. This

  failure only occures when actively working on the console, if

  the session is sitting idle it does not drop.



CORRECTION FOR APAR MA25051 :

  A fix has been made by making adjustments to the task

  parameters and priorities to enhance the opsconsole task

  priorities.
