Jim Do you have the latest PTF's for Client Access? They fixed a simular problem for me. p.s. I assume you are on V5R1. You can reset your QSECOFR SST account from a normal screen (something like chgdstpwd?) if you are logged in with enough authority. Cursor is in the top/left hand corner, says it's connected. What do I need to look for to fix this? It was working before, but not now. Have IPLed the AS/400 and rebooted the PC with no success. Man, I sure miss the old Green Screen dumb tubes for consoles that used to work with no problem, if it didn't work, you got another dumb tube and it was up. But now, the SST account is disabled, can't get to console to change it unless you can boot your system, which is usually why you need to get to the console in the first place... Or a blank screen with absolutely no idea what's wrong. I would like to suggest that IBM FIX THIS!!! It is a pain in the ... neck to have to jump through hoops over 2 story buildings just to get to the console. Regards, Jim Langston _
