How do I stop the VPN server from starting when STRTCP is issued?  We don't
use it and do not have the crypto stuff installed so we want to just TURN IT
OFF.  It's not in the TCP app menu.

                                        start the VPN Server. The Digital
Certificate Manager is option 34 of the
                                        OS/400 operating system.  The
Cryptographic Access Provider products are
                                        57xx-AC2 or 57xx-AC3.
