Terry,

You can - with the message highlighted in the Inbox (NOT opened), Right
Click on it and choose Options at the bottom of the drop down box and look
at the bottom for Internet Headers.

Just stumbled on this the other day. I had thought the same thing you did
after using Netscape Communicator for YEARS and getting used to how that
worked :-)

David,

I have received some e-mails multiple times.  Not sure if
its *our* Exchange server, the person sending it or your
server.  Mike Wills (?sp) is an example (bummer, I just
cleared my deleted items this morning).

Unfortunately, I'm using MS Outbreak (here at work) and I
can't look at the headers to try and diagnose the problem.
(I don't think our PC techs can/or know how to do this :)
