I just ran it to retrieve a small file into Excel 2000 with no problem. What problems are you having? What about sending to the AS400? Could the users access the QDLS directories before? Have you defined a guest profile in Netserver to provide access if the windows user is not enrolled on the AS400? If so, is it enrolled in the system distribution directory? In order to access QDLS the users need to be enrolled in the system distribution directory (WRKDIRE command). However, you are better off not using this directory if you do not need to. If all you want to do is share files, create a directory in the IFS (MKDIR command) and use Ops Nav to create a netserver share over it. Tried this. Can get the share added but when I attempt to map a network drive I get the message, Unable to find the remote system or share name. _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
