WAS3.02 connectivity problem

Hi,

I'm a starter in WebSphere.  I have installed WebSphere v3.02 in AS/400 & NT 
4.0.  I have started the QEJBSBS and confirmed that the QEJBAMDIN job is ready. 
 Then i go to the administrator console and start it and...i gives me a error 
message after sometime stating that "Could Not Get Attributes".  I'm enclosing 
the view stack screen with this mail.  Please help me to solve this problem 
ASAP.
