Not sure "who" but lat/long can be had from more than one source,
but trying to tie that to a zip is going to be "close enough"
and not dead accurate. Many trucking companies now use real time
GPS on their vehicles so that they can track movement of goods
and "speed" drivers. I would ask around those kinda guys as well
as their "trade rags"...

The US Post Office "might" also have a "similar" thing in their
little stock of goodies they sell.

Ever notice that the web "map" companies always ask for zip code
to show you the correct map ???? They "might" be using lat/long

What are you trying to do ???
