Help needed... consulting..

Hello all,

I have a client in the NC area looking for help on a pretty
large project.  They estimate a year's work, I estimate the
same, possibly.  But, without more knowledge of their system
it's hard to say.  It needs to be done yesterday, etc..
etc..  This is simply too much for me to handle.

If anyone could refer or contact me with some ideas, that
would be great.  I can explain details then.
