× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

You did go to the "properties" box of the Client Access transfer file and
check the "convert CCSID" box right?

If you did, let us know what else "no matter what" entails.

Hex.  I'm on V4R5 using Client Access Express V4R5.
