I have APF Utilities installed on V5R1 and when I try to start them
using STRAPFU, I get

Command STRAPFU in library *LIBL not found. What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks.

Don't know - type in

WRKOBJ OBJ(*ALL/STRAFPU) OBJTYPE(*CMD)

what do you get? mine says it's in library QAFP and QSYS.

is there one in QSYS for you? if not, do you have library QAFP?

is STRAFPU in QAFP? if so, crtdupobj to QSYS and try again.

failing that, add QAFP to your liblist.

if you answered no to any of these questions, are you SURE you have afp
installed? :)

hope any of this helps.

Rick

I looked for the AFP Library and I don't have it. I ahve QAF3,
QAPPSRV,QAOU and when I search for STRAFPU, I find in in two places :
QSYSV4R4M0 & QSYSV4R5M0 and if I add either one in my liblist , I get '
Command STRAFPU not valid for current release.'

My dsiplay installed programs lists:

5798AF3 - V3R7M1 AFP Print Suite
5798AF3 - V3R7M1 AFP Utility For AS/400
5798AF3 - V3R7M1 PPFA for AS/400
