I'm glad you're here. Thank you for responding. I hope you can convey, in a positive manner, the frustration we have expressed. I, for one, just do not understand why it has to be so hard to find what I need, relatively quickly. And why - here's my favorite rant - links in PDFs point to an internal server, unavailable to us when we download the files. Fixing some of these things is a huge task, not done overnight.
