No, as in internet services (qwest.net). David Gibbs I think got it correct when he said that Qwest outsourced their internet services to MSN, not really merged. When we found out that one of our accounts could not continue to use qwest.net but was going to be forced to use MSN we discontinued internet services from them. The business accounts (like the small business account David and I both use for work) have the option of not using MSN. You must specifically request to not use MSN or else they will switch you.
