You may find better more answers if you post on a Lansa message board, such as http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lansa2/ As long as connectivity between the PC and the Iseries is confirmed (via PING), you can try ending all of the user's jobs on the Iseries, using WRKOBJLCK USERID *USRPRF. There will be a MON_xxx job and some TP jobs. End them. Also, you can clear out the data queues for this user in their work library, typically named Ixxxx and Oxxxx, where xxxx is the PC name.
