I haven't done RJE in aeons, so my memory is not good. The first thing to check is the line, controller and device descriptions. Make sure that the new set match the old set. Presuming that they're OK, I'd run a line trace to see if you are in fact transmitting the extra data. Make sure the extra data isn't present in the source file (that is, the file you're sending from.) One of the keys here is to note that your original setup was working great for years. Now it's time to carefully examine every element that has changed. Configuration files, line description, HLL program, source data. Make a list of everything that's changed, no matter how trivial. If there was a small bug implementing a changed item, you might have corrupted data. --buck
