IBM's web site - no response

Last week I used the feedback to report a problem with IBM's web site and
they still don't have it fixed.

I go to the Information Center.
 Expand Planning
  Expand Manuals and Redbooks
   Select AS/400e Handbook
   -or- Select AS/400e Handbook from the right of the screen
        which has the properties of:
        http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/handbook/v5r1/
and I get:
The page cannot be found

One of the questions on the feedback form is What do you like about
InfoCenter?  My reply:  I don't know - what do you like most about having
splinters plunged underneath your fingernails?
