Actually if you look at the raw code of Anne's email I see
Return-Path: <midrange-l-admin@midrange.com>
Reply-To: midrange-l@midrange.com

It's your client that is not reading it correctly.
I filter on:
To:
Reply-To:
CC:
for MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com
in Pegasus email and it works fine for everyone including Anne's
