Rob,

sorry, I should make it more clear.
1. unfortunately, I'm not in US. I'm in South America, therefore I need a
international consulting service.
2. We are using Mimix within more than a year. We have a production and
backup system (840 each)

The problems we have now are:
1.Mimix is too slow to apply data on backup system. Mimix's processes are
the only processes running on the system and all events are transferred at
backup system, but we have about 15,000,000 of events (modifications) to
apply each morning! It takes about 5 hours for Mimix to finish modifications
on the backup system!
2. Indexes consistency - sometimes you can find index files damaged on
backup system (member lost, index disconnected, etc.) LakeView doesn't
provide the tools to monitor index files consistency.

Haven't actually worked with them but how about Sunguard? They tried to
market us a service in which they would hook up Mimix between us and their
hotsite. Which, when you think about it, really reduces a lot of your
headache.
I get no kickback from them.
