Buck, Are you sure that the '/QOpenSys/Buck' directory didn't previously exist? Because I tried the same thing: mkdir '/scott' Directory created. mkdir '/Scott' Object name already exists. mkdir '/QOpenSys/scott' Directory created. mkdir '/QOpenSys/Scott' Directory created. And that's what it SHOULD do, QOpenSys is supposed to be like Unix, where 'Buck' and 'buck' are different.
