Eric, Yes, it is my understanding that there is something like a jumper on the drive that you switch to enable the format for the whole drive - and I would think a small price as well. Only thing is that you would have to reload everything (as with any format). But you would get double the capacity. Looking at some of the numbers, the FAST technology looks amazing. Chris > I got the impression that, if in the future you needed > the extra storage rather than the performance, you could reformat the drives > to use the full capacity of the drive.
