The thing that get most people is the need to have the 400's fully qualified
name in the host table and as it's domain name.

Do a CFGTCP
        opt 12 and make sure you have a domain name setup
        then OPT 10 make sure you have that full qualified domain name in here
        ex: S1012345.company.com
