I think that if you have a V3R7 system running AND have CM1 on it, you
can do a SAVLICPGM command and save it to tape.

I will check and see.  I think my 400 started with 3.7.  I may have the
old distribution cd's..Don't know if they will have the licensed program
you are looking for.  We don't have it loaded at 4.4 so probally did not
have at 3.7.  I feel for you cause I am still supporting a model
400/2131.  UG!
