RE: cwbRC_CallPgm. CAE remote pgm call api.

What I have found out so far ...

The QZRCSRVS job runs in sbs QSYSWRK.

The job does pick up the library list and outq from the jobd of the user
profile that is logged  in on the cae pc.

But even though the jobd of the user profile says LogClPgm(*Yes) and Log(4
00 *SecLvl), the QZRCSRVS jobs does not pick this up.

Even when the pgm call bombs on the as400 side and the msg reply is
"cancel", the pgm call QZRCSRVS job still does not end until the pc side
shuts down, and then the QZRCSRVS job ends normally, without a joblog.
