*** ADMIN: Recent downtime

Folks:

Sorry about the downtime tonight and yesterday evening.  I finally was able
to install a mirroring system on the list server.

It's not on a par with the iSeries's RAID capability, but it should be more
than adequate for my purposes.

FWIW: The mirrored pair are 20gb IBM hard drives, donated by Philipp
Rusch.  The raid controller is a Arco DupliDisk.
