Configuring Virtual IP on AS/400

Does anybody have documentation on virtual IP
configuration on AS/400 ?
Basically we have 3 2838 network cards on a 820 model
and we need to route TCP/IP and SNA ina a redundant
way so that if one of the cards fails, there is an
other that can supply the service automatically
without starting a new IFC.
Any help will be appreciated
