All IPDS printers have both a WTR and PDJ type job in QSPL. Your problem
that the WTR job ended but the PDJ went into status END but never ended.

If this was to happen again try the following

CALL QSPENDWA printername       (end writer abnormally, equivalent to
ENDJOBABN which doesn't work for printers)

if the doesn't do the trick try

CALL QSPFIXUP                                    (fix any spooling jobs
which have had an abnormal end)
