It doesn't appear to be "over stressed" at the moment you took that screen shot. Performance tools is a optional license product, that allows you to print your own reports and do your own analysis of system usage. Someone skilled in the product can really "fine tune" any AS/400. PM400 has been around for quite a while, and it does provide some help, but I'm not familar with IBM's support outside the USA... They(IBM) have excellent performance people on staff at Rochester, who can really tune a system based on performance tools. There are also several 3nd party companies that do very well in performance tuning....
