Al, I omitted something from the original question. WRKJOB from one job (Job A) is fine for seeing overrides with any scoping in another job (Job B), so long as the current job step within Job B is executing within the default activation group. However, if the current job step within Job B is executing within a named activation group, WRKJOB from Job A can not see overrides scoped to a named activation group in Job B.
