If you want the RUNRMTCMD to submit to "batch" or release the requesting job place a "&" at the end with a space in front of it. Another method is to have a CRON job that runs a Perl Scrpt or Unix Command that checks every minute or 5 mins, etc. for the file and then runs a .sh, SQL Loader, Perl Script for the file this way the User/Password for FTP could be restricted to only puting a file to a certain directory.
